Basic Rights Training

The Haverhill, MA Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) will kick off the 2018-2019 school year on October 30, 2018, at 6 PM in the Haverhill High School library with a welcome event and a basic rights training.


Presenter: Holly Lynch, Esq.

Attorney Holly Lynch, who is a special education lawyer, former chairperson of the North Andover SEPAC, and a current member of the North Andover School Committee, has graciously agreed to provide the training pro bono to the Haverhill SEPAC.


All parents, guardians, and caregivers of children with individual education plans or 504 plans or those who think their children may have special needs are encouraged to attend this important free workshop.
