Approaching age 18 can be daunting when you have special needs student who may need a guardianship.
Haverhill SEPAC is happy to welcome local attorney, Faith E. Delaney, for a presentation on guardianships when a minor is approaching age 18, including the aspects of the court process and what to expect and plan for.
This is a great opportunity for both our Haverhill families who are approaching that time when the guardianship process is weighing heavily on the mind, but also for our families who may not be there age yet, but are interested in learning about how the process will go when the time comes.
